Analisis pressure buildup dan penentuan deliverabilitas sumur gas TD-12 dengan metode modified isochronal test
S Sumur TD-12 merupakan sumur gas yang terletak di Lapagan T, Pulau Sumatera. Pengujian sumur yang dilakukan antara lain uji Pressure Buildup dan uji Modified Isochronal Test. Karakteristik reservoir yang dapat diperoleh dari analisis hasil uji sumur antara lain permeabilitas, skin, dan tekanan reservoir (Pi). Selain itu, didapatkan juga Absolute Open Flow Potential dari uji deliverabilitas sumur. Batuan formasi lapisan yang diuji merupakan batuan pasir. Pada tugas akhir ini, analisis hasil uji tekanan Buildup meggunakan metode Horner Plot dan Type Curve Pressure Derivative, dan uji deliverabilitas Modified Isochronal Test dengan metode C and n dan metode Laminar Inertia Turbulent, dengan bantuan software Saphir 4.10. Kemudian hasil perhitungan dibandingkan dengan perhitungan pada Microsoft Excel. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Type Curve Pressure Derivative menunjukkan bahwa model reservoir Radial Composite dengan boundary model infinite. Sumur TD-12 tidak mengalami kerusakan pada formasi karena nilai total skin -1,95. Pada analisis metode Horner, digunakan pendekatan P2 karena tekanan reservoir dari sumur TD-12 kurang dari 2000 psia. Analisis uji deliverabilitas menggunakan Metode C and n menunjukkan hasil bahwa pola aliran merupakan semi-turbulent dengan nilai n sebesar 0,8362. Analisis uji deliverabilitas dengan Metode LIT menggunakan pendekatan pseudo pressure, yang memperhitungkan besar viskositas dan faktor kompresibilitas gas (faktor Z) di setiap tekanan yang berbeda.
W Well TD-12 is a gas well that located in T field, Sumatera Island. Well testing job that applied in this well are Pressure Buildup test, and Modified Isochronal Test. Characteristics of reservoir that can be obtained from the tests are permeability, formation damage factor (skin factor) and initial reservoir pressure. Also can be obtained Absolute Open Flow Potential from the well deliverability test. The layer that being tested is a sandstone formation. In this final assignment, the analysis of Pressure Buildup test uses Horner method, and Type Curve Pressure Derivative. The analysis of Modified Isochronal Test uses C and n method, and Laminar Inertia Turbulent method. Both analysis are done by Saphir 4.10 software. Then, the results are compared by output from the calculation using Microsoft Excel. The result of Type Curve Pressure Derivative analysis shows that the reservoir model of this well is Radial Composite, with Infinite boundary model. There is no formation damage because skin factor value of this well is -1,95. In Horner method analysis, the approach that being used is P2 since this well’s reservoir pressure is lower than 2000 psia. Deliverability analysis with C and n method indicates that the well flow pattern is semi turbulent since the n value is 0,8362. The deliverability analysis using Laminar Inertia Turbulent method using pseudo pressure approach, which consider the value of gas viscosity and gas compresibilty factor (Z factor) within certain range of pressure.
