T Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment, Work-Family Conflict, dan Family Emotional Exhaustion, terhadap Innovative Behavior pada karyawan Perusahaan Outsourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur. Data dikumpulkan dari 176 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan outsourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS dengan program Regresi Linear Berganda versi 26. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Innovative Behavior, terdapat pengaruh positif Affective Commitment terhadap Innovative Behavior, terdapat pengaruh negatif Work-Family Conflict terhadap Innovative Behavior, dan terdapat pengaruh negatif Family Emotional Exhaustion terhadap Innovative Behavior. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi karyawan dan manajemen untuk meningkatkan tingkat variabel Innovative Behavior dengan memberikan penghargaan bonus, motivasi, serta dukungan yang cukup kepada karyawan, memberikan keluangan waktu yang lebih kepada karyawan terhadap keluarganya, membantu karyawan dalam meningkatkan semangat serta layanan untuk menghindari adanya stres di luar pekerjaan akibat keluarga, sehingga karyawan dapat memberikan ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif, mempertahankan Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment dan mengurangi Work-Family Conflict, Family Emotional Exhaustion pada karyawan di perusahaan outsourcing di Kampung Dukuh, Jakarta Timur.

T The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment, Work-Family Conflict, and Family Emotional Exhaustion, on Innovative Behavior in employees of Outsourcing Companies in Kampung Dukuh, East Jakarta. Data was collected from 176 employees working at an outsourcing company in Kampung Dukuh, East Jakarta with the data collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study uses SPSS with the Multiple Linear Regression version 26 program. The results of hypothesis testing in this study show that there is a positive influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Innovative Behavior, there is a positive influence of Affective Commitment on Innovative Behavior, there is a negative influence of Work-Family Conflict on Innovative Behavior, and there is a negative influence of Family Emotional Exhaustion on Innovative Behavior. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide input for employees and management to increase the level of Innovative Behavior variables by providing bonuses, motivation, and sufficient support to employees, providing more time for employees to their families, helping employees in improving their enthusiasm and services to avoid stress outside of work due to family, so that employees can provide creative ideas and innovative, maintaining Perceived Organizational Support, Affective Commitment and reducing Work-Family Conflict, Family Emotional Exhaustion in employees at an outsourcing company in Kampung Dukuh, East Jakarta.
