P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi purchase intention online food delivery pada e-privacy, e-security, e-payment, usability, e-innovativeness, e-trust, dan fear of contagious viruses. Data diperoleh dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner secara offline sebanyak 70 responden dan online sebanyak 161 responden, dengan total responden yang terkumpul sebanyak 231 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan dengan bantuan software AMOS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel e-privacy, e-security, e-payment, usability, e-innovativeness, e-trust, yang dimoderasi oleh variabel fear of contagious viruses berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain seperti service quality, dan delivery time, untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih kompleks tentang kualitas layanan dan pengantaran makanan yang diberikan pada penelitian online food delivery.
T This research aims to analyze the factors that influence online food delivery purchase intention on e-privacy, e-security, e-payment, usability, e-innovativeness, e-trust, and fear of contagious viruses. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires offline to 70 respondents and online to 161 respondents, with a total of 231 respondents collected. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and with the help of AMOS software. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the variables e-privacy, e-security, e-payment, usability, e-innovativeness, e-trust, which are moderated by the variable fear of contagious viruses have a positive effect on purchase intention. It is recommended that future research add other variables such as service quality and delivery time, to be able to provide a more complex understanding of the quality of service and food delivery provided in online food delivery research.
