D Desa Nagrak dan Desa Ciangsana berada di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Luas wilayah Desa Nagrak adalah 5,84 km2 dan luas wilayah Desa Ciangsana 8,62 km2. Tingkat pelayanan sampah di kedua desa masih rendah yaitu 12%, direncanakan target tingkat pelayanan pada akhir perencanaan tahun 2032 sebesar 100%. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode SNI 19-3964-1994 tentang metode pengambilan data pada perencanaan teknis operasional tentang pengelolaan sampah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode stratisfied random sampling, laju timbulan sampah di Desa Nagrak dan Desa Ciangsana sebesar 2 liter/orang/hari dengan jumlah penduduk dari dua desa sebanyak 51.488 jiwa, timbulan sampah domestik memiliki jumlah sampah organik sebesar 54% dan anorganik sebesar 46%. Timbulan sampah non domestik memiliki jumlah sampah organik sebesar 60% dan anorganik sebesar 40%. Sampah organik dapur dilakukan pengolahan dengan larva black soldier fly (BSF), sampah anorganik dilakukan pengolahan dengan metode refused derived fuel (RDF) dan Larva BSF di TPST 3R Trisakti. Tahap perencanaan terdiri dari jangka pendek (2022-2024) jangka menengah (2025-2028) dan jangka panjang (2029-2032). Rencana Anggaran Biaya meliputi biaya investasi, operasional dan pemeliharaan dengan total biaya sebesar Rp.59.424.025.515. Alternatif yang terpilih adalah alternatif II yaitu memiliki anggaran biaya yang lebih ekonomis dan lebih terjangkau bagi masyarakat desa Ciangsana dan desa Nagrak.

N Nagrak Village and Ciangsana Village are located in Gunung Putri Sub-district, Bogor Regency, West Java. The area of Nagrak Village is 5.84 km2 and the area of Ciangsana Village is 8.62 km2. The amount of waste generation in Nagrak Village and Ciangsana Village has not been matched by inadequate facilities and infrastructure so that the level of waste service is still low at 56%, the planned target level of service at the end of the 2033 planning is 100%. This planning data collection uses the SNI 19-3964-1994 method regarding data collection methods in the operational technical planning of waste management in Nagrak Village and Ciangsana Village sampling using the Stratisfied Random Sampling method. Based on the results of the analysis of the waste generation rate in Nagrak Village and Ciangsana Village of 2 liters / person / day with a total population of two villages of 51488 people, the largest contributor to waste is organic waste by 54%, inorganic waste by 46% for domestic. Non-domestic has an amount of organic waste of 60%, inorganic of 40%. Organic kitchen waste is processed with Black Fly Soldier (BSF) larvae and inorganic waste is processed with the Refused Derived Fuel (RDF) method at TPST 3R Trisakti. This planning stage consists of short-term (2022-2024) medium-term (2025-2028) and long-term (2029-2032). The cost budget plan includes investment, operational and maintenance costs with a total cost of Rp.59,424,025,515. The selected alternative is alternative I, which has a more economical and affordable cost budget but a less significant reduction in waste compared to alternative II and is in line with regional planning in Nagrak Village and Ciangsana Village
