T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership, Job Crafting, dan Job autonomy terhadap Innovative work behaviour. Data sampel telah dikumpulkan dari 145 karyawan divisi Developer pada perusahaan yang bergerak di manufaktur yaitu PT. Panarub Industry di Kota Tangerang.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan software IBM SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) versi 25, untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan menguji hubungan yang di hipotesiskan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) servant leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior, (2) job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior (3) job autonomy tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behavior.Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil yang memberikan wawasan pragmatis bagi PT. Panarub Industry. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi perusahaan meningkatkan inovasi karyawan dalam bekerja melalui pemberdayaan kepemimpinan yang melayani, keahlian karyawan, dan otonomi di dalam bekerja.

T The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of servant leadership, job crafting, and job autonomy on innovative work behavior. Sample data has been collected from 145 employees of the Developer division of a company engaged in the manufactur, that PT. Panarub Industry in Tangerang City.Metode collection technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool with IBM SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software version 25, to test the validity, reliability, and test the hypothesized relationship. The results of the study conclude that (1) there is no positive influence between servant leadership on innovative work behavior, (2) there is a positive influence between job crafting on innovative work behavior (3) there is no positive influence between job autonomy and innovative work behavior.From this research, the results obtained that provide pragmatic insight for PT.Panarub Industry. This research is expected to provide input for companies to increase employee innovation at servant leadership, job crafting, and job autonomy.
