P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perngaruh Transformational Leadershipterhadap Organizational Innovation melalui Organizational Culture dan Job Commitmentpada Bank Citibank N.A. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah nonprobabilitysampling dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling denganmenggunakan alat analisis SEM. Kriteria pemilihan yang sesuai dengan penelitian iniadalah karyawan Citibank N.A. dengan jumlah 199 sampel data yang telah menjadikaryawan sedikitnya kurang dari satu tahun. Hasil dari penelitian TransformationalLeadership terhadap Organizational Culture, dengan estimasi 0,382. Terdapat pengaruhTransformational Leadership terhadap Job Commitment, dengan estimasi 0,665. Terdapatpengaruh Organizational Culture terhadap Organizational Innovation, dengan nilaiestimasi 0,474. Terdapat pengaruh positif Job Commitment terhadap OrganizationalInnovation, dengan estimasi 0,116. Hasil dari penelitian Transformational Leadershipterhadap Organizational Innovation tidak terdapat pengaruh.Untuk penelitian selanjutnyadapat ditambahkan variabel lain seperti transactional leadership

T This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership on OrganizationalInnovation through Organizational Culture and Work Commitments at Citibank N.A. Themethod used in this research is non-probability sampling and sampling using purposivesampling using SEM analysis tools. The selection criteria in accordance with this study areCitibank N.A. employees with a total of 199 sample data employees with must haveexperience in less than one year. The results of the Transformational Leadership researchon Organizational Culture, with an estimate of 0,382. There’s effect of TransformationalLeadership towards Job Commitments, with an estimate of 0,665. Relating to themediation of Organizational Culture on Organizational Innovation, with an estimatedvalue of 0,474. Positively related to Job Commitment to Organizational Innovation, withan estimate of 0,116. The results of the Transformational Leadership research onOrganizational Innovation have no effect, with the estimate value of 0,039. For furtherresearch, other variables such as transactional leadership can be added.
