Abstract

T Tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan/ Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) nomor 6 adalah memastikan akses air bersih dan sanitasi bagi seluruh orang. Demikian pula, Kabupaten Tangerang Provinsi Banten yang memiliki luas 95.961 jiwa/Ha dengan jumlah penduduk sebesar 3.362.020 jiwa pada tahun 2022 merencanakan pelayanan sanitasi layak untuk seluruh penduduk 100% hingga tahun 2042, karena Pelayanan sanitasi pada tahun 2014 berdasarkan analisa study Enviromental Health Risk Assesmant masih 39,80% pada tahun 2014 sedangkan menurut BPS 2021 rumah tinggal yang memiliki akses sanitasi mencapai 75,88%. Dalam mewujudkan sanitasi bagi semua, maka tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan sistem penyaluran air limbah (SPAL) Kabupaten Tangerang hingga tahun 2042. Perencanaan mempertimbangkan pelayanan sanitasi setempat untuk kepadatan penduduk dibawah 150 jiwa/Ha dan sebaliknya untuk sanitasi terpusat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pelayanan sanitasi setempat meliputi 6 Kecamatan, 11% dari total jumlah penduduk dan pelayanan sanitasi terpusat meliputi 23 Kecamatan, 89% dari total jumlah penduduk tahun 2042. Rencana lokasi IPAL mempertimbangkan letak badan air penerima dan topografi yang menunjang pengaliran gravitasi, maka lokasi IPAL di tetapkan pada elevasi rendah yaitu Kecamatan Mauk. Jalur pipa induk SPAL sepanjang 80.733 m dengan diameter pipa berkisaran 800 â€“ 2000 mm. Bangunan manhole yang digunakan sebanyak 546 unit, bangunan gelontor sebanyak 31 unit, siphon sebanyak 3 unit dan pompa sebanyak 22 unit. Biaya investasi sebesar Rp. 1.059.443.218.616 atau Rp. 13.122.803 per meter panjang pipa terpasang serta biaya operasional per tahun sebesar Rp. 1.018.350.000.
