T The Association of Informatics Engineering of Trisakti University is one of the student organizations at the department level directly supervised by the Faculty of Industrial Technology's parliament at Trisakti University, along with faculty advisors overseeing student activities. The Association of Informatics Engineering has a work program that must be implemented during one running period until the end of the term. During the execution of activities, they must obtain permission and create necessary documents that need approval from the organization's activity supervisors. However, there are often misunderstandings or miscommunications between students and faculty due to the lack of supervision and the absence of facilities for reporting. Therefore, the purpose of this final research is to design UI UX for the Application of Activity Management of the Association of Informatics Engineering at Trisakti University to facilitate communication between faculty and students and allow them to share event reports
