P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh organizational commitment dan job crafting terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh work engagement . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji hipotesis testing. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yang didapatkan sebanyak 203 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner google form yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 25.0 dan SEM Amos 26.0. Unit analisis data merupakan individu yaitu karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational commitment dan job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement dan job performance, work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance dan work engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh organizational commitment dan job crafting terhadap job performance. Implikasi Dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan harus mampu mempertahankan organizational commitment, job crafting dan work engagement karena terbukti dapat meningkatkan job performance.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitmnet and Job Crafting on Job Performance mediated by Work Engagement . This research uses quantitative methods by conducting hypothesis testing. This research used respondents who were obtained according to the criteria determined by the researcher using a purposive sampling method, obtaining 203 respondents. This research uses a Google Form questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. Data processing uses SPSS 25.0 and SEM Amos 26.0 software. The data analysis unit is an individual, namely an employee of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the West Jakarta area. The results of this study show that organizational commitment and job crafting have a positive effect on work engagement and job performance, work engagement has a positive effect on job performance and work engagement is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment and job crafting on job performance. Implications From the results of this research, companies must be able to maintain organizational commitment, job crafting and work engagement because they have been proven to increase job performance.
