P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mentaltoughness dan cultural intelligence yang dimediasi oleh psychological well-being terhadap organizational commitment pegawai operational pada bank BUMN. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner yang menetapkan sebanyak 107 responden dengan menggunakan sampel sensus atau sampel total. Tehnik pengolahan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta structural equation model (SEM) menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mental toughness berpengaruh positif, cultural intelligence berpengaruh positif, psychological well-being berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dan memiliki variable mediasi yang berpengaruh parsial. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah implikasi penting bagi organisasi untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment karyawannya dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung melalui karyawan yang mampu menyelesaikan masalah atau kesalahan yang terjadi dengan cepat, memiliki pengetahuam dan kemampuan berinteraksi dengan karyawan yang memiliki budaya bebeda dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang independen.
T This research aims to analyze the influence of mental toughness and cultural intelligence mediated by psychological well-being on the organizational commitment of operational employees at state-owned banks. In this research, hypothesis testing and cross-sectional data collection were carried out. This research was conducted quantitatively by distributing questionnaires that determined as many as 107 respondents using a census sample or total sample. The data processing techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, and structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The research results show that mental toughness has a positive effect, cultural intelligence has a positive effect, psychological well-being has a positive effect on organizational commitment and has a mediating variable that has a partial effect. It is hoped that the results of the research that has been carried out can add important implications for organizations to increase the organizational commitment of their employees by creating a more supportive work environment through employees who are able to resolve problems or errors that occur quickly, have knowledge and the ability to interact with employees who have different cultures and able to make independent decisions.
