G Guru termasuk ke dalam jenis pekerjaan pelayanan sosial dengan beban kerja yang cukup banyak. Kelompok pekerja yang mencakup bidang pelayanan sosial rentan mengalami ketegangan sehingga menimbulkan stres jangka panjang dan cenderung menetap yang disebut burnout, Dukungan sosial adalah suatu perhatian atau kepedulian yang diberikan oleh orang lain seperti rekan kerja dan atasan, dukungan sosial dapat mempengaruhi kejadian burnout pada guru sehingga penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kejadian burnout pada guru SMAN 23 JakartaMetode penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif(non eksperimental) dengan studi korelasi, dilakukan pada 40 subjek guru SMAN23 Jakarta, untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dengan burnout. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner MSPSS untuk mengukur dukungan sosial dan MBI untuk kejadian burnout pada guru. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan Uji Chi Square diolah dengan SPSS.Hasil penelitian: Kelompok burnout rendah mayoritas memiliki medium perceived support sebanyak 11 subjek, diikuti oleh high perceived supportsebanyak 5 subjek. Sedangkan pada kelompok burnout sedang, mayoritas memiliki medium perceived support sebanyak 16 subjek diikuti oleh high perceived support sebanyak 7 subjek dan low perceived support sebanyak 1 subjek. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat antara hubungan dukungan social dengan burnout mendapatkan hasil p value sebesar 1.00 (p<0,05)Kesimpulan : pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan social dengan kejadian burnout (p=1.00) pada guru SMAN 23 Jakarta

T Teachers are included in the type of social service work with quite a lot of workload. The work groups that include the field of social services are susceptible to experiencing tension, causing long-term stress and tends to settle, which is called burnout, Social support is a concern given by others such as colleagues and superiors, social support can affect the incidence of burnout in teachers, this study is for knowing the relationship between social support and the incidence of burnout in 23 Jakarta high school teachers.Research methods: This research is a descriptive observational study (non experimental) with a correlation study, conducted on 40 subject teachers of SMAN 23 Jakarta to find out the relationship between social support and burnout, This study uses the MSPSS questionnaire to measure social support and BMI for the incidence ofburnout in teachers, Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate, using theChi Square test processed with SPSS.Research result: the majority of low burnout groups have medium perceived support as many as 11 subject, followed by high perceived support as many as 5 subjects. While in the moderate burnout group, the majority had medium perceived support as many as 16 subjects followed by high perceived support as many as 7 subjects and low perceived support as many as 1 subject. Data analysis was carried out bivariate between the relationship between social support and burnout to get a p value of 1.00 (p <0.05).Conclusion : In this study, there was no significant relationship between social support and the incidence of burnout (p=1.00) for teachers at SMAN 23 Jakarta
