P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Covid-19 Threats terhadap Job Stress dan Job Satisfaction Dan konsekuensinya terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian hypotesyis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 22 dan SPSS 21. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 200 karyawan BCA KCU Kanwil 9. Dengan metode penarikan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Covid-19 Threats terhadap Job Stress, terdapat pengaruh negatif Perceived Covid-19 Threats terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Job Stress terhadap Turnover Intention, tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif Job Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh positif Perceived Covid-19 Threats terhadap Turnover Intention. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer perusahaan agar dapat memperhatikan karyawannya dengan memberikan dukungan yang baik serta memberikan motivasi dan membimbing karyawan agar merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja dan menurunkan tingkat stress dalam bekerja sehingga tidak adanya niat karyawan untuk berhenti atau keluar dari perusahaan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Covid-19 Threats on Job Stress and Job Satisfaction and its Consequences on Turnover Intention. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of AMOS 22 and SPSS 21 software. The data in this study were collected from 200 employees of BCA KCU Kanwil 9. With the withdrawal method using Purposive Sampling. The results of hypothesis testing in the study showed that there was an positive effect of Peceived Covid-19 Threats on Job Stress, there was an negative effect of Peceived Covid-19 Threats on Job Satisfaction, there was an positive effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention, there was no negative effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, and there was no positive effect of Perceived Covid-19 Threats on Turnover Intention. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company managers so that they can pay attention to their employees by providing good support and providing motivation and guiding employees to feel satisfaction and less stress at work so that there is no employee intention to quit or leave the company.
