Abstract

L Laporan Proyek Arsitektur Akhir berisi mengenai rumusan konsep Perancanganhotel Resort dengan Tema Hemat Energi dan Efisiensi Air di Nongsa, Batam,Kepulauan Riau. Berikut Laporan yang disusun adalah sebuah salah satu syaratkelulusan dalam Program Studi Sarjana Arsitektur di Universitas Trisakti .Metode Perancangan ini menggunakan pemikiran yang memiliki aspekperancangan: block plan, site development, functional planning, spatial quality,building form, aesthetic design, structural design, use of material, danenvironmental control system. Lalu aspek perancangan tersebut dikembangkan keKonsep Programatik dan Konsep Desain berdasarkan kajian Preseden Tipologidan Preseden Tema, dikembangkan melewati skema transformasi sampaipengembangan design . Hasil akhir perancangan berupa Block Plan,Site Plan,Denah, Tampak, Potongan, Detail Arsitektur, Perspektif serta animasi terkaitperancangan Hotel Resort Batam di Nongsa, Batam.

T The final Architecture Project Report contains about the concept of the ResortHotel with the theme of energy saving and water efficiency in Nongsa, Batam,Riau Islands. The following report is compiled as one of graduation requirementsin the Bachelor of Architecture study Program at Trisakti University. Theplanning method uses the theory that has the design aspects: block plan, sitedevelopment, functional planning, spatial quality, building form, aesthetic design,structural design, use of material, and environmental control system. Then thedesign aspect was developed to the concept of programmatic and design conceptBased on the study of the comparative study typology and comparative studytheme, developed through transformation schematic until the development ofdesign. Design end result in the form of Block Plan, Site Plan, floor plan,elevation, section, architectural detail drawing, perspective and animationrelated to the design Hotel Resort Batam in Nongsa, Batam.
