Hubungan antara dimensi transformational leadership dengan dimensi employee engagement pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Ciledug
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi transformational leadership dan dimensi employee engagement dan menganalisis hubungan antara dimensi transformational leadership dengan dimensi employee engagement pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Ciledug. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Ciledug yang terdiri dari 50 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Hasil statistik deskriptif transformational leadership memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,79 dan hasil statistik deskriptif employee engagement memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,748. Hasil pengujian hubungan dimensi transformational leadership dengan dimensi employee engagement mununjukka bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dimensi transformational leadership dengan dimensi employee engagement yang dapat dilihat melalui nilai p-value yaitu sebesar 0,004 lebih kecil dari 0,05
T The purpose of this research to analyze the dimensions of transformational leadership and employee engagement and analyze the relationship between transformational leadership dimensions with the dimensions of employee engagement which taken place at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Ciledug office branch. The respondent of this research is the employee of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Ciledug office branch, which consists of 50 respondents. This research is using statistic descriptive and coeficient correlation approach with with SPSS software Version 22. The result of transformational leadership dimensions descriptively got the score 3,79 in general with the dimensions of employee engagement result is somewhere in 3,748 in general statistically. Thus, we could say that there is a relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and employee engagement that we can see through the p-value it is 0,004 which means below 0,05.
