Abstrak
Abstract

L Latar belakang: Teknik pencetakan berpengaruh pada keberhasilan perawatan dalam pembuatan gigi tiruan cekat. Kesalahan saat pencetakan dapat membuat gigi tiruan menjadi bermasalah. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana gambaran dari bahan, teknik, dan prosedur yang digunakan dokter gigi dalam pembuatan gigi tiruan cekat di Jakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 96 responden. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada dokter gigi di Jakarta dalam bentuk google form. Hasil: Berdasarkan gambaran mengenai hasil cetakan yang terdapat sobekan didapat hasil responden menjawab kadang-kadang (60%), kadang-kadang terdapat bubble (56%), dan akhiran margin tercetak dengan baik dan detail (61%). Kesimpulan: Survei menunjukkan 60% responden kadang- kadang mengalami sobekan dan 56% responden telah mendapatkan akhiran margin tercetak dengan baik dan detail. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengah responden kadang-kadang masih mengalami sobekan pada hasil cetakannya.

B Background: Impression technique is very influential on the success of treatment in the manufacture of fixed dentures. Mistake when making a dental molding would make the result of the dentures become more problematic. Purpose: How the overview of the materials, techniques, and procedure used by dentists in the manufacture of fixed prosthodontics in Jakarta. Methods: The research method used in this research is descriptive observational with a cross-sectional design involving 96 respondents. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to dentists in Jakarta through google form. Results: Based on the data, it is known that most (60%) respondents answer "sometimes" to contained tears on the dental impression question. Conclusion: A survey showed that 60% of respondents sometimes contained tearing and 56% of respondents sometimes find bubbles in the molding result. As many as 61% of respondents have printed well and detailed ending margins. This shows that more than half of dentist respondents stated that sometimes they still experienced tears in their dental impression
