P Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh mental toughness dan employee experience terhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan Generasi Z di startup digital tech company di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dari 130 karyawan Generasi Z dengan menyebarkan google form menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan Generasi Z di startup digital tech company di Jakarta. Penelitian ini sudah melakukan uji instrumen dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan hasil seluruh instrumen valid dan reliabel. Metode analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan melihat rata-rata dan uji regresi koefisien untuk melakukan uji hipotesis dengan alat bantu software AMOS versi 22. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu adanya pengaruh mental toughness dan employee experience terhadap job satisfaction, mental toughness terhadap organizational commitment, job satisfaction terhadap organizational commitment, dan adanya peran job satisfaction memediasi employee experience terhadap organizational commitment. Implikasi manajerial yaitu untuk meningkatkan mental toughness, manajer dapat memberi tantangan program rotasi pekerjaan, untuk meningkatkan employee experience perusahaan dapat mengembangkan lingkungan kerja yang menarik dan kreatif.
T This research examines the impact of mental toughness and employee experience on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction among Generation Z employees in digital tech startups in Jakarta. Data was collected from 130 Generation Z employees using a Google Forms survey and purposive sampling. The sample consisted solely of Generation Z employees working in Jakarta-based digital tech startups. Instrument validity and reliability were established, ensuring the suitability of the research tools. Descriptive statistics, mean analysis, and coefficient regression tests using AMOS version 22 were employed to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results indicate that mental toughness and employee experience positively influence job satisfaction, and that mental toughness directly impacts organizational commitment. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee experience and organizational commitment. To enhance mental toughness, managers can implement challenging job rotation programs. Furthermore, companies can foster attractive and creative work environments to improve employee experience.
