(2) Commitment mempunyaipengaruhpositif yang signifikanterhadapWOMBehaviour. (3) Loyalty mempunyaipengaruhpositif yang signifikanterhadapWOMBehaviour. (4) Trust mempunyaipengaruhpositif yang signifikanterhadapWOMBehaviour. (5)Perceived Value mempunyaipengaruhpositif yang signifikanterhadapWOMBehaviour. (6) Quality mempunyaipengaruhpositif yang signifikanterhadapWOMBehaviour.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of Satisfaction, Commitment, Loyalty, Trust, Perceived Value, and quality against WOM Behavior .Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents who have used the body shop product within the last 6 months. Data collection procedure using the method of Non Propability Sampling, then data collection techniques using Purposive Sampling method. The method of analysis used is Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression).The result of this research is (1) Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on WOM Behavior. (2) Commitment has a significant positive effect on WOM Behavior. (3) Loyalty has a significant positive influence on WOM Behavior. (4) Trust has a significant positive influence on WOM Behavior. (5) Perceived Value has a significant positive effect on WOM Behavior. (6) Quality has a significant positive effect on WOM Behavior.
