B Background: One way in preventing dental health problems is through Dental Health Education (DHE). Elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school students are ideal participants in DHE, and an increase in knowledge is expected after receiving DHE. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, DHE originally conducted by offline, has shifted to online DHE using various educational media. Objective: Understanding the theoretical overview presented in the literature regarding elementary, junior high, and high school/equivalent students’s knowledge after online DHE sessions Methods: Article searches were conducted through the Google Scholar database, focusing on students’s knowledge after online DHE. The selected articles were then screened and structurally read by two persons. Based on the search results, 853 articles were identified. Subsequently, articles were filtered and presented in a data extraction table with three categories: elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school. The total number of included articles were 30: elementary school (n=18), junior high school (n=9), and senior high school students (n=3). Result: Found in each inclusion article, the students' knowledge increased after undergoing online DHE, as seen from the average pretest to posttest scores that increased, along with significant test results (p<0.05) if any. Dental health education media varied by level: elementary school = educational videos, junior high school = Zoom Meetings, and senior high school = Instagram. Conclusion: The knowledge of elementary school, junior high school, and high school students after online dental health education has increased through various media.
