P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh internal marketing,emotional intelligence, servant leadership dan burnout terhadap job satisfactionpada Bank BCA Kelapa Gading.Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yangdidapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel sensus (samplingjenuh) sebanyak 124 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional danpengolahan datanya menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan softwareSPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa internal marketingberpengaruh positif terhadap Job satisfaction, emotional intelligence berpengaruhpositif terhadap job satisfaction, servant leadership berpengaruh positif terhadapJob satisfaction, dan burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Darihasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemenperusahaan agar memperhatikan burnout yang memiliki pengaruh terkecil dalampenelitian ini, untuk menurunkan tingkat burnout maka pihak manajemen dapatmemperhatikan kembali kesesuaian jam kerja, gaji serta jenis tugas yangdiberikan, memberikan tambahan bonus dan apresiasi agar karyawan merasa puasdalam pekerjaannya sehingga dapat mengurangi tingkat burnout yang dapatmemberikan dampak negatif bagi kemajuan perusahaan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of internal marketing, emotional intelligence,servant leadership and burnout on job satisfaction at Bank BCA Kelapa Gading.This study used respondents who were obtained according to the criteria with thecensus sampling method (saturation sampling) of 124 respondents. This studyused cross-sectional and data processing using multiple regression analysis withSPSS software version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that internalmarketing has a positive effect on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has apositive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on jobsatisfaction, and burnout has a negative effect on job satisfaction. From theresults of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company managementto pay attention to burnout which has the smallest effect in this study, to reduceburnout levels, management can pay attention again to the suitability of workinghours, salaries and types of assignments given, provide additional bonuses andappreciation so that employees feel satisfied in their work so as to reduce the levelof burnout which can have a negative impact on the progress of the company.
