Pengaruh job satisfaction, affective commitment, work engagement, overwork terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro di Bekasi
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction, affective commitment, work engagement, overwork terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro di Bekasi. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hypothesis testing. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 120 karyawan PT Sinar Sosro di Bekasi dengan menggunakan teknik metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif job satisfaction, affective commitment, work engagement, terhadap turnover intention dan pengaruh positif overwork terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial disarankan pimpinan lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan yang diperlukan karyawan, lebih mengapresiasi dan memotivasi karyawan, meningkatkan interaksi dengan karyawan, meninjau kembali peraturan lembur kerja dan memberikan reward kepada karyawan. Disarankan juga untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk meneliti tidak hanya perusahaan di sektor manufaktur saja tetapi pada sektor lainnya seperti sektor jasa logistik dan menambah variabel lain yang juga dapat memengaruhi turnover intention seperti transformational leadership dan training.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, affective commitment, work engagement, overwork on turnover intention of employees of PT Sinar Sosro in Bekasi. This research is quantitative research by distributing online questionnaires. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. The data in this study were collected from 120 employees of PT Sinar Sosro in Bekasi using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. The results show that there is a negative influence of job satisfaction, affective commitment, work engagement, on turnover intention and a positive influence of overwork on turnover intention. Managerial implications are suggested that the leader pays more attention to the needs needed by employees, appreciates and motivates employees more, increases interaction with employees, reviews overtime regulations and provides rewards to employees. It is also recommended for further research to examine not only companies in the manufacturing sector but in other sectors such as the logistics service sector and add other variables that can also affect turnover intention such as transformational leadership and training.
