P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Organizational Learning, Change Management, Corporate Culture dan Leadership Role terhadap Organizational Performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan cara sensus yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Indomarco Prismatama, Ancol Barat sebanyak 110 orang dan metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode analisa regresi sederhana dengan software SPSS versi 25. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh adanya pengaruh positif antara Organizational Learning terhadap Organizational Performance, adanya pengaruh positif Change Management terhadap Organizational Performance, adanya pengaruh Corporate Culture terhadap Organizational Performance, dan adanya pengaruh positif Leadership Role terhadap Organizational Performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini, menyatakan bahwa ini disarankan kepada manajer perusahaan agar dapat mempertahankan serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perubahan kerja pada pada karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya.

T This study aims analyze the effect of Organizational Learning, Change Management, Corporate Culture, and Leadership Role to Organizational Performance. This Study use field research by means of a cencus which is distributing questionnaires to employee of PT Indomarco Prismatama, Ancol Barat, as many as 110 peoples. The method of analysis of this study uses simple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. In this study, there was a positive effect between Organizational Learning to Organizational Performance, there was a positive effect of Change Management to Organizational Performance, there was a positive effect of Corporate Culture to Organizational Performance, and there was a positive effect of Leadership Role to Organizational Performance. From the result of this study, it is recommended that managers to more handling corporate’s performance until could increase knowledge and changes workship in other employees in completing their work.
