P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Green Creativity memediasipengaruh Green Transformational Leadership terhadap Environmental Performance.Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat primer serta dikumpulkan denganmenyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan PT. Coca Cola Amatil di Sumedang.Pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 171 sampel.Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modeling(SEM) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 22. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadapEnvironmental Performance. Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadapGreen Creativity. Green Creativity berpengaruh terhadap Environmental Performancedan Green Creativity dapat menjadi mediator antara Green Transformational Leadershipterhadap Environmental Performance.Implikasi bagi manajer yaitu sebaiknya pada saat melakukan suatu tindakan lebihmempertimbangkan kembali keyakinan dari anggotanya mengenai lingkungan selain itudapat lebih memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawannya untuk ikut mengusulkan ideidebaru terkait lingkungan hijau yang tentu saja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerjalingkungan serta memberikan pelatihan mengenai kesadaran lingkungan, sehinggakaryawan merasa bahwa mereka termasuk kedalam bagian yang berperan penting danberfikir bahwa untuk melakukan tindakan mengenai kelestarian lingkungan merupakansebuah keharusan.

T This study aims to analyze the role of Green Creativity in mediating the effect ofGreen Transformational Leadership on Environmental Performance. The data used inthis study are primary and collected by distributing questionnaires filled out byemployees of PT. Coca Cola Amatil in Sumedang. The collection of samples usingpurposive sampling method as many as 171 samples.Hypothesis testing in this study using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) usingSPSS version 25 and AMOS version 22. The results of the study indicate that GreenTransformational Leadership has an effect on Environmental Performance. GreenTransformational Leadership has an effect on Green Creativity. Green Creativity has aneffect on Environmental Performance and Green Creativity can be a mediator betweenGreen Transformational Leadership and Environmental Performance.The implication for managers is that when taking an action it is better toreconsider the beliefs of its members about the environment besides that it can providemore opportunities for employees to participate in proposing new ideas related to thegreen environment which of course aims to improve environmental performance andprovide training on environmental awareness. , so that employees feel that they belongto an important role and think that taking action on environmental sustainability is amust.
