Pengaruh work-family conflict dan turnover intention yang di mediasi work engagement pada perawat RS Pusat Pertamina, Jakarta Selatan
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-family conflict, WorkEngagement dan Turnover Intention pada para perawat di RS Pusat Pertamina,Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan sampel menggunakanmetode nonprobability sampling dan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu 170menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan untukpengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengansoftware AMOS versi 25.0Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work family conflict memiliki pengaruhpositif terhadap turnover intention, work family conflict memiliki pengaruh negatifterhadap work engagement, work engagement memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadapturnover intention, work family conflict memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap turnoverintention yang dimediasi work engagement
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-family conflict, Work Engagement andTurnover Intention on nurses at Pertamina Central Hospital, South Jakarta. Themethod used in collecting samples using nonprobability sampling method and intaking 170 samples using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used forhypothesis testing uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS softwareversion 25.0The results of this study indicate that work family conflict has a positive effect onturnover intention, work family conflict has a negative effect on work engagement,work engagement has a negative effect on turnover intention, work family conflicthas a positive effect on turnover intention mediated by work engagement.
