P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Internal Communication, Work Life Balance dan Employee Voice terhadap Employee Engagement. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin dari total 186 karyawan China Petroleum Technology Development Company (CPTDC). Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Total nilai rata-rata statistik deskriptif untuk Internal Communication 4.53, untuk Work Life Balance sebesar 4.52, untuk Employee Voice sebesar 4.47 dan untuk Employee Engagement sebesar 4.49. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis Internal Communication berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement dengan nilai estimasi 0.441. Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement dengan nilai estimasi 0.397. Employee Voice berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Engagement dengan nilai estimasi 0.585. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh implikasi manajerial yaitu, dalam meningkatkan Internal Communication sebaiknya perusahaan memfasilitasi agar terdapat komunikasi yang terbuka dan jujur antar karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan Work Life Balance sebaiknya perusahaan berusaha menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dengan kehidupan pribadi karyawan dan pihak karyawan dapat menjaga keseimbangan yang baik antara pekerjaan di perusahaan dengan pekerjaan di rumah. Untuk meningkatkan Employee Voice sebaiknya pihak karyawan bertanggung jawab atas kendala dalam pekerjaan nya dan mengajak rekan lainnya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Untuk meningkatkan Employee Engagement sebaiknya pihak karyawan dapat benar – benar fokus ketika sedang bekerja. Untuk penelitan selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan variabel lain seperti Job Satisfaction.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Internal Communication, Work Life Balance and Employee Voice on Employee Engagement. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 127 obtained through the Slovin formula from a total of 186 employees of the China Petroleum Technology Development Company (CPTDC). This research uses descriptive statistical analysis tools and multiple regression. The average value of descriptive statistics for Internal Communication is 4.53, for Work Life Balance is 4.52, for Employee Voice is 4.47 and for Employee Engagement is 4.49. Based on the results of testing the Internal Communication hypothesis has a positive effect on Employee Engagement with an estimated value of 0.441. Work Life Balance has a positive effect on Employee Engagement with an estimated value of 0.397. Employee Voice has a positive effect on Employee Engagement with an estimated value of 0.585. In this study managerial implications are obtained, namely, in improving Internal Communication the company should facilitate so that there is open and honest communication between employees. To improve the Work Life Balance the company should try to balance work with the personal lives of employees and the employee can maintain a good balance between work in the company with work at home. To improve Employee Voice, the employee should be responsible for the obstacles in his work and invite other colleagues to solve the problem. To increase Employee Engagement, employees should be able to really focus while working. For further research, it is expected to add other variables such as Job Satisfaction.
