Pengaruh organizational commitment, job rotation, dan customer oriented behaviour terhadap job performance di Hotel Marbella Anyer
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizationalcommitment, job rotation, customer oriented behaviour, terhadap job performance.Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 189 respondenkaryawan Hotel Marbella di Anyer. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling.Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah alat analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression) dengan menggunakansoftware SPSS 23.penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) organizational commitment tidakberpengaruh positif terhadap job erformance, (2) job rotation tidak berpengaruhpositif terhadap job performance, dan (3) customer oriented behaviour berpengaruhpositif pada job performance. Implikasi manajerial memberikan pelatihan tentangbagaimana meningkatkan empati, perusahaan mempertahankan program-programyang berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan karyawan,lebih peduli terhadap ketepatanwaktu dalam pemberian gaji kepada karyawan.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment, JobRotation, Customer Oriented Behavior, on Job Performance. Data obtained directlythrough the distribution of questionnaires to 189 employees of the Marbella Hotelemployees in Anyer. The sampling technique in this study is to use purposivesampling. The research method used is a multiple regression analysis tool (multipleregression) using SPSS 23 software.This study shows that (1) Organizational Commitment has no positive effecton Job Performance, (2) Job Rotation does not have a positive effect on JobPerformance, and (3) Customer Oriented Behavior has a positive effect on JobPerformance. Managerial implications provide training on how to increase empathy,the company maintains programs related to employee welfare, more concerned withthe timeliness of giving salaries to employees.
