K Kategori biaya yang terdapat pada Alamanda Tower terdiri dari Intial Cost (Biaya Awal), Energy Cost (Biaya Energi), Operationnal and Maintenance Cost (Biaya Operasional dan Pemeliharaan) dan Replacement Cost (Biaya Penggantian). Dengan menggunakan Present Worth Method pada tingkat suku bunga (i) = 6 %dan periode analisis (n) = 17 tahun maka diperoleh total biaya hidup (Life Cycle Cost) dari Alamanda Tower adalah sebesar Rp1.554.041.286.554 dengan rincian sebagai berikut. Intial Cost (Biaya Awal) sebesar Rp 1.099.994.310.984, Energy Cost (Biaya Energi) sebesar Rp 71.440.767.030, Operational and Maintenance Cost (Biaya Operasional dan Pemeliharaan) sebesar Rp 376.852.680.000 dan Replacement Cost (Biaya Penggantian) sebesar 5.753.528.540. - Dalam analisis sensitivitas yang dilakukan pada besar Life Cycle Cost - Pada LCC Modelling, dapat dilihat bahwa persentase tiap kategori biaya terhadap biaya total jika tanpa memperhitungkan nilai sisa, yaitu Intial Cost (Biaya Awal) sebesar 70,783%, Energy Cost (Biaya Energi) sebesar 4,597%, Operational and Maintenance Cost (Biaya Operasional dan Pemeliharaan) sebesar 24,250% dan Replacement Cost (Biaya Penggantian) sebesar 0,370% sedangkan jika memperhitungkan Nilai Sisa atau Residual Cost sebesar Rp 282.281.574.483 maka Intial Cost (Biaya Awal) sebesar 59,902%, Energy Cost (Biaya Energi) sebesar 3,890%, Operationnal and Maintenance Cost (Biaya Operasional dan Pemeliharaan) sebesar 20,522% dan Replacement Cost (Biaya Penggantian) sebesar 0,313%. Selain itu, dari LCC Modelling juga dapat diketahui dengan atau tanpa memperhitungkan nilai sisa, persentase terbesar dari Life Cycle Cost pada Alamanda Tower adalah Initial Cost.

In addition, from LCC Modeling it can also be known with or without calculating the residual value, the largest percentage of the Life Cycle Cost on Alamanda Tower is Initial Cost.
