Pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap career satisfaction yang di mediasi oleh Career Competencies
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh PsychologicalEmpowerment terhadap Career Satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh CareerCompetencies pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik, Jakarta.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodesurvei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampelmengunakan sensus pada karyawan PT Bayutama Teknik sebanyak 150 karyawan.Metode analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model)dengan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapatpengaruh positif Psychological Empowerment terhadap Career Competencies (2)terdapat pengaruh positif Career Competencies terhadap Career Satisfaction (3)terdapat pengaruh positif Psychological Empowerment terhadap Career Satisfaction (4) terdapat pengaruh positif Psychological Empowerment terhadap Career Satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh Career Competencies
T This research aims to determine the effect of Psychological Empowermenton Career Satisfaction mediated by Career Competencies at employees of PTBayutama Teknik, Jakarta.Data collection method used in this research in survey method by usingquestionnaire instrument. Sampling technique using census at PT Bayutama Teknik Employee as many as 150 employees.Data analysis method using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SPSSversion 21.0. The result of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive effect ofpsychological empowerment on Career Competencies (2) there is a positive effect of Career Competencies on Career Satisfaction (3) there is a positive effect ofPsychological Empowerment on Career Satisfaction (4) there is a positive influenceof Psychological Empowerment toward Career Satisfaction mediated by CareerCompetencies
