P Perancangan kembali Pelabuhan Ule Lhee menjadi Pelabuhan Internasional Ule Lhee dengan fasilitas yang mengakomodasi kegiatan transportasi laut. Memiliki fungsi bangunan seperti terminal domestik, terminal internasional, terminal interchange dan hotel transit. Tujuan dari Perancangan Kembali Pelabuhan Ule Lhee di Banda Aceh ini yaitu untuk mendukung perkembangan Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam khususnya Kota Banda Aceh, terutama dalam mengantisipasi pertumbuhan arus penumpang kapal laut antar kota, kabupaten, provinsi bahkan antar Negara melalui Pelabuhan Internasional Ule Lhee yang merupakan salah satu pintu gerbang Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam di pantai barat Sumatera. Tema Waterfront memberikan dasar dalam menentukan desain. Pada desain Waterfront, memperhatikan dari segi Aspek, faktor geografis dan konteks urban (Wernn, 1983). Hubungan keterkaitan tema terhadap Pelabuhan Internasional Ule Lhee diharapkan dapat membantu dan menyelesaikan permasalahan. Dengan perancangan kembali Pelabuhan Ule Lhee diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan untuk transportasi laut bagi kota Banda Aceh.
R Redesign of Port Ule Lhee to become International Port Ule Lhee with facilities that accommodate marine transportation activities. Having functions such as the domestic terminal building, international terminal building, terminal interchange station and transit Hotel. The goal of redesign the Port of Ule Lhee in Banda Aceh is to support the development of the province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, especially for the city Banda Aceh in an anticipation of growth in passenger traffic travelling between cities, counties, provinces and even between countries through the International Port Ule Lhee which is one Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam gate on the west coast of Sumatra. Themes Waterfront provides the basic for determining the design. In Waterfront design observes aspect, geographical factors and the urban context (Wernn, 1983). Linkage relationship between theme and the International Port Ule Lhee expected to help solving the problems. With the redesign of Port Ule Lhee expected to meet the need for sea transport for the city of Banda Aceh.
