P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Store Image dan Logistic Perfomance, terhadap Consumer Loyalty dengan Consumer Satisfaction pada Sociolla Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada konsumen yang berbelanja atau membeli Makeup dan Skincare di Sociolla. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 230 responden dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 23.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Logistic Perfomance berpengaruh positif terhadap Store Image, Store Image berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer Satisfaction, Logistic Perfomance berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer Satisfaction, dan Consumer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Consumer Loyalty.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Store Image and Logistic Performance on Consumer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction at Sociolla. Data obtained by distributing online questionnaires to consumers who shop or buy Makeup and Skincare at Sociolla. The number of samples used in this research was 230 respondents with the sampling technique namely purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 23 software.The results of this research show that Logistics Performance has a positive effect on Store Image, Store Image has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Logistics Performance has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and Consumer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty
