P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pay equityterhadap organizational commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support pada tenaga pengajar di pondok pesantren Bani Tamim Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala interval. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 105 orang. Variabled alam penelitian ini berupa organizational commitment sebagai variable dependent, Pay equitysebagai variable independent dan variable perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction sebagai variable mediasi. Pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah: SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), AMOS (Analysis of Moments Structure) serta software SPSS 25.Penelitian ini menghasilkan 9 hipotesis, dimana 8 hipotesis didukung dan 1 diolak. Dimana pay equity berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction namum memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap organizational commitment.Perceived organization supportberpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction dan organizational commitment. Job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment. Untuk hipotesis mediasi, pay equity memiliki positif terhadap job satisfactiondimediasi olehperceived organizational support,pay equity berpengaruh positif terhadaporganizational commitment dimediasi oleh job satisfaction,perceived organizational supportberpengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment dimediasi oleh job satisfaction.Untuk meningkatkan organizational commitment perusahaan perlumengembangkan ikatan emosional antara karyawan dengan perusahaan serta memberikan kesesuaian dalam pemberian upah yang adil dengan karyawan yang memiliki kualifikasi dan pengalaman yang sebanding di industi lain.

T This study aims to analyse the effect of pay equityon organizational commitment as mediated by job satisfaction and perceived organizational support among teaching staff at Bani Tamim Islamic boarding school in Tangerang, Banten. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The measurement scale used is an interval scale. There were 105 respondents in total. The variables in this study are organizational commitment as the dependent variable, Pay equityas the independent variable, and perceived organizational support and job satisfaction as the mediating variables. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. The tools used to process the data are SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), AMOS (Analysis of Moments Structure), and SPSS 25 software.The result of this reaserch is 8 positive hyphotesis and 1 negative hypothesis. Pay equity has a positive effect on perceived organizational support and job satisfaction but a negative effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. For the mediation hypothesis, pay equity has a positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by perceived organizational support, pay equity has a positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction, perceived organizational support has a positive effect on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction.To increase organizational commitment, companies need to develop emotional ties between employees and companies and provide a fair wage match with employees who have comparable qualifications and experience in other industries
