Abstract

P Pengaruh Manajemen Mutu yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa praktek seperti Kepemimpinan dan Dukungan Manajemen puncak, Pelatihan dan Keterlibatan Karyawan, serta Fokus Pelanggan, yang diuji pengaruhnya terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing perusahaan dengan memasukan Inovasi Proses sebagai intervening.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil data dari seluruh responden yang berada pada bagian produksi yang dimulai dari karyawan sampai kepala bagian produksi, sehingga penelitian ini tidak menggunakan teknik dalam pengambilan sample melainkan populasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis SEM.Hasil dari penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh Manajemen Mutu terhadap Inovasi Proses, terdapat pangaruh Inovasi Proses terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing perusahaan, dan terdapat pengaruh Manajemen Mutu terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing perusahaan melalui Inovasi Proses. Penelitian ini menghasilkan implikasi bagi manajer produksi di PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang A3 dalam penerapan Manajemen Mutu, Inovasi Proses dan mempertahankan serta meningkatkan Keunggulan Bersaing yang dimiliki perusahaan.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the The Influence Of Quality Management Of Competitive Advantage Through The Innovation Process PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang. This research was conducted at PT. Arthaenasakti Gemilang A3 Cikupa, and the company is once again become the object of this study.Effect of Quality Management in which there are some practices such as Leadership and Management Support peak, Training and Employee Engagement and Customer Focus, we tested its effect on the company by entering a Competitive Advantage Innovation Process as intervening.This research was conducted by taking data from all respondents who are part of production that starts from the employee to the head of production, so that the study did not use sampling techniques but rather in the population. Tests carried out using SEM analysis method.The results of this study support the hypothesis that there is an influence on the Quality Management Process Innovation, Process Innovation are pangaruh the Competitive Advantage of the company, and there is the influence of the Quality Management Companies Competitive Advantage through Innovation Process. This study have implications for the production manager at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang A3 in the application of Quality Management, Innovation Process and maintain and improve the Competitive Advantage of the company.
