P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis petrofisika dan rock type di daerah penelitian pada Cekungan Sumatera Tengah menggunakan data log dan core sehingga didapat rekomendasi untuk eksplorasi selanjutnya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis data well log dan data core. Data log diproses dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh informasi tentang litologi, fasies, volume shale, porositas, saturasi air, dan permeabilitas. Sementara itu, data core digunakan untuk memvalidasi interpretasi log serta untuk membagi reservoir rock type dari 4 sumur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan daerah penelitian memiliki batuan yang dominan meliputi kombinasi antara batupasir dan shale dengan fasies dominan berada pada distributary channel dan mouth bar, nilai volume shale 35,11% – 65,81%, porositas efektif 8,34% – 34%, dan permeabilitas 2,26 mD – 4432,2 mD. Pada daerah penelitian, didapat 5 variasi rock type, yaitu RT-1, RT-2, RT-3, RT-4, dan RT-5. RT-1 RT-1 memiliki nilai FZI 11,67 – 19,95 dengan litologi batupasir dan didominasi oleh fasies distributary channel, RT-2 memiliki nilai FZI 6,32 – 10,94 dengan litologi batupasir dan didominasi oleh fasies distributary channel, RT-3 memiliki nilai FZI 3,05 – 6,87 dengan litologi batupasir dan berada didominasi oleh mouth bar, RT-4 memiliki nilai FZI 1,01 – 2,78 dengan litologi shale dan didominasi oleh fasies delta plain, dan RT-5 memiliki nilai FZI 0,11 – 0,92 dengan litologi shale dan didominasi oleh fasies delta plain. RT-1 merupakan rock type dengan nilai porositas dan permeabilitas tertinggi, dan berada pada fasies distributary channel. Berdasarkan analisis dari gabungan peta fasies, isopach, isoporosity, isopermeability, dan rock type-nya, didapat 2 titik rekomendasi sumur baru pada lapisan D, 1 titik pada lapisan H, dan 1 titik pada lapisan I.

T This study aims to analyze the petrophysical and rock types in the research area in the Central Sumatera Basin using log and core data, so that recommendations are obtained for further exploration. The methods used include analysis of well log data and core data. Log data is processed and analyzed to obtain information on lithology, facies, shale volume, porosity, water saturation, and permeability. Meanwhile, core data is used to validate log interpretation and to divide reservoir rock types from four wells. The results of the analysis show that the research area has dominant rocks including a combination of sandstone and shale with dominant facies in the distributary channel and mouth bar, shale volume values of 35,11% – 65,81%, effective porosity 8,34% – 34%, and permeability 2,26 mD – 4432,2 mD. In the research area, five variations of rock types were obtained, namely RT-1, RT-2, RT-3, RT-4, and RT-5. RT-1 RT-1 has an FZI value of 11,67 – 19,95 with sandstone lithology and is dominated by distributary channel facies, RT-2 has an FZI value of 6,32 – 10,94 with sandstone lithology and is dominated by distributary channel facies, RT-3 has an FZI value of 3,05 – 6,87 with sandstone lithology and is dominated by mouth bar, RT-4 has an FZI value of 1,01 – 2,78 with shale lithology and is dominated by delta plain facies, and RT-5 has an FZI value of 0,11 – 0,92 with shale lithology and is dominated by delta plain facies. RT-1 is a rock type with the highest porosity and permeability values, namely 24% and 5714,23 mD, and is in the distributary channel facies. RT-1 is a rock type with the highest porosity and permeability values, and its located in the distributary channel facies. Based on the analysis of the combined facies, isopach, isoporosity, isopermeability, and rock type maps, 2 new wells recommendation points were obtained in D layer, 1 point in H layer, and 1 point in I layer.
