S Stabilitas warna merupakan aspek penting pada material gigitiruan. Anasir gigi dengan ikatan polimer highly cross-linked merupakan materialyang memiliki stabilitas warna yang baik. Ekstrak daun sirih hijau teruji bersifatantibakteri dengan kekurangan mengandung senyawa yang dapat mempengaruhiwarna material gigi tiruan. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekstrak daunsirih terhadap perubahan warna anasir gigi tiruan lepasan highly cross-linked.Metode: Penelitian menggunakan anasir gigi highly cross-linked resin akrilik merkShofu Livera-α shade A3 yang dilakukan perendaman dan dibagi menjadikelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Waktu perendaman yaitu 5 menitselama 7 hari dan 14 hari. Pengukuran warna dilakukan sebelum dan sesudahperendaman menggunakan spektrofotometer VITA Easyshade V. Analisis datadihitung menggunakan uji Shapiro-wilk. Hasil: Peneltian ini menghasilkan databerupa adanya perubahan warna yang signifikan pada kelompok hari ke-14.Kesimpulan: Ekstrak daun sirih hijau dapat berpengaruh pada perubahan warnamaterial gigi.
C Color stability is an important aspect of denture materials. Artificialteeth made of highly cross-linked polymer resin exhibit good color stability. Piper betel leaf extract has been proven to have antibacterial properties but contains compounds that may influence the color of denture materials. Objective: To analyze the effect of piper betel leaf extract on the color change of removable denture teeth made of highly cross-linked material. Method: This study used artificial teeth made of highly cross-linked acrylic resin from Shofu Livera-α shade A3. The samples were immersed and divided into control and treatment groups. The immersion duration was 5 minutes for 7 days and 14 days. Color measurements were performed before and after immersion using the VITA Easyshade V spectrophotometer. Data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test. Results: The study showed a significant color change in the treatment group after 14 days. Conclusion: Green betel leaf extract can affect the color change of denture materials.
