P Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pit Pinang South, PT Kaltim Prima Coal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengamatan terhadap fuel burn rate (FBR) alat angkut pada kegiatan pengupasan overburden pada bulan April 2024. Adanya beberapa unit alat angkut CAT 789B yang fuel burn rate diatas dari target yang di tentukan sehingga dilakukan analisis dengan melihat hubungan tipe truk, grade jalan dan kecepatan terhadap fuel burn rate dump truck. Dalam penentuan target fuel burn rate CAT 789B masih menggunakan data historikal sehingga perhitungan yang pernah dibuat harus diperbaharui. Metode yang dilakukan ialah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data-data sekunder seperti data koordinat, grade dan kecepatan yang diperoleh dari real monitoring. Data tersebut diolah untuk memberikan hasil analisis tentang hubungan grade jalan dan kecepatan terhadap fuel burn rate pada unit Dump Truck CAT 789B serta memberikan rekomendasi nilai parameter acuan dalam perhitungan plan fuel burn rate unit CAT 789B. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan antara lain: Grade jalan memiliki pengaruh terhadap fuel burn rate lebih besar pada saat kondisi bermuatan dibandingkan kondisi tidak bermuatan dengan nilai korelasi R2 sebesar 89,5 % pada kondisi tidak bermuatan dan 94,1% pada kondisi bermuatan, Besar fuel burn rate naik lebih besar pada kondisi bermuatan dibandingkan kondisi tidak bermuatan yaitu 7,51 liter/jam untuk setiap 1% kenaikan grade jalan dan berkurang 7,51 liter/jam untuk setiap penurunan grade jalan pada kondisi tidak bermuatan dan naik 10, 3 liter/jam untuk setiap 1% kenaikan grade jalan dan berkurang 10,3 liter/jam untuk setiap penurunan grade jalan pada kondisi bermuatan. Estimasi penurunan biaya setelah perbaikan grade jalan di Jalur Loading Point Jaguar ke In Pit Dump dan Jalur Loading Point Utara ke In Pit Dump sebesar Rp217.212.232,41 dan Rp210.318.234,56 dalam 1 bulan

In this study, observations were made of the fuel burn rate (FBR) of the conveyance during overburden stripping activities in April 2024. There are several CAT 789B conveyance units whose fuel burn rate is above the specified target so that an analysis is carried out by looking at the relationship between truck type, road grade and speed to the fuel burn rate of the dump truck. In determining the target fuel burn rate CAT 789B still uses historical data so that the calculations that have been made must be updated. The method used is quantitative analysis method by collecting secondary data such as coordinate, grade and speed data obtained from real monitoring. The data is processed to provide analysis results on the relationship of road grade and speed to the fuel burn rate of the CAT 789B Dump Truck unit and provide recommendations for reference parameter values in the calculation of the CAT 789B unit fuel burn rate plan. From the results of the analysis conducted, several conclusions were obtained, among others: Road grade has a greater influence on fuel burn rate during loaded conditions than unloaded conditions with a correlation value R2 of 89.5% in unloaded conditions and 94.1% in loaded conditions, The amount of fuel burn rate increases more in loaded conditions than unloaded conditions, namely 7.51 liters / hour for every 1% increase in road grade and decreases by 7.51 liters / hour for every decrease in road grade under unloaded conditions and increased by 10.3 liters/hour for every decrease in road grade. unloaded condition and increases by 10.3 liters/hourfor every 1% increase in road grade and decreases by 10.3 liters/hour forevery decrease in road grade under loaded conditions. Estimated decrease incosts after road grade improvement on the Jaguar Loading Point to InPit Dump and North Loading Point Line to In Pit Dump amounted to Rp217.212.232,41 and Rp210.318.234,56 in 1 month, respectively 1 month
