Abstrak
Abstract

T Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Leverage (DER), dan Risiko Bisnis (DOL) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan asuransi. Laporan keuangan tersebut bersumber dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs perusahaan sampel terkait. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 11 perusahaan, sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Eviews9. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance (GCG) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan sebesar 0,0000 < 0,05, Leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) sebesar 0,0556 > 0,05 serta Risiko Bisnis (DOL) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (ROA) sebesar 0,0000 < 0,05.

T This Final Project aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Leverage (DER), and Business Risk (DOL) on the Financial Performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of an insurance company's annual financial report. The financial statements are sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the websites of related sample companies. The number of samples used were 11 companies, the samples were selected by purposive sampling method. The research method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel and Eviews9. With the results of the study showing that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive effect on Financial Performance of 0.0000 <0.05, Leverage (DER) has no negative effect on financial performance (ROA) of 0.0556 > 0.05 and Business Risk ( DOL) has a positive effect on Financial Performance (ROA) of 0.0000 <0.05.
