T Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital (IC), Perencanaan Pajak (ETR), Free Cash Flow (FCF), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2022. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan industri barang konsumsi. Laporan keuangan tersebut bersumber dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs perusahaan sampel terkait. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 18 perusahaan, sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Eviews9. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Intellectual Capital (IC) dan Free Cash Flow (FCF) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan, serta Perencanaan Pajak tidak terbukti berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.
T This Final Project aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital (IC), Tax Planning (ETR), Free Cash Flow (FCF), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Financial Performance in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of consumer goods industry companies. The financial statements are sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the websites of related sample companies. The number of samples used was 18 companies, samples were selected by purposive sampling method. The research method used is Panel Data Regression Analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel and Eviews9. The results of the study showed that the variables Intellectual Capital (IC) and Free Cash Flow (FCF) had a positive effect on Financial Performance, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a negative effect on financial performance, and Tax Planning was not proven to have an effect on Financial Performance.
