D Di dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini dilakukan 2 (dua) tahap penelitian. Tahap pertama adalah pengolahan air baku secara kimia (koagulasi dan flokulasi menggunakan alum/ Al2(SO4)3) dengan destabilisasi adsorpsi dan netralisasi muatan dengan 4 (empat) variasi kekeruhan yaitu 40, 60, 80 dan 100 NTU, masing-masing variasi mempunyai kadar COD 100 mg/l.Sementara itu didalam penelitin kedua dilakukan pengolahan secara mikro biologis (bioreactor lekat diam aerob) dengan td 12 jam dan kimia fisik dengan destabilisasi sweep floc. Variasi kekeruhan yang dibuat adalah 30 dan 40 NTU dengan masing-masing kadar organic 100 mg/l.Hasil dari penelitian pertama dipilih salahsatu dari empat variasi kekeruhan yaitu kekeruhan 100 NTU dan kadar COD 100 mg/l. nilai efisiensi penurunan zat organic dengan destabilisasi adsospsi pada dosis optimal 13,51 mg/l adalah 28,39 %. Sementara untuk parameter lain seperti efisiensi penurunan kadar TSS 89,65 %, turbidity 23,97 % dan DHL 5,96 %.Hasil efisiensi penurunan kadar organic (COD) pada kekeruhan 30 NTU pada pengolahan secara mikro biologis adalah sekitar 70 % dan pengolahan secara kimia sekitar 40 %. Sementara untuk kekeruhan 40 NTU nilai efisien penurunan kadar organik (COD) pada pengolahan secara mikro biologis sekitar 53 % dan pengolahan secara kimia 45 %.Dari hasil kedua tahap penelitian diatas maka disimpulkan bahwa kadar zat organic (COD) pada penelitian pertama setelah proses kimia masih diatas baku mutu golongan B. disamping itu kadar DHL juga masih diatas baku mutu golongan B meskipun belum diolah.Hasil data pada penelitian kedua disimpulkan bahwa efisiensi kadar zat organic (COD) setelah pengolahan secara mikro biologis ataupun secara kimia masih diatas standard kualitas air masih diatas baku mutu golongan B (diatas 20 mg/l).

I In this final project, 2 (two) stages of research were carried out. The first stage is chemical raw water treatment (coagulation and flocculation using alum/Al2(SO4)3) with adsorption destabilization and charge neutralization with 4 (four) variations of turbidity, namely 40, 60, 80 and 100 NTU, each variation has a concentration of COD 100 mg/l.Meanwhile, in the second research, micro-biological processing (aerobic still adhesive bioreactor) was carried out with 12 hours td and physical chemistry with sweep floc destabilization. Variations of turbidity made were 30 and 40 NTU with each organic content of 100 mg/l.The results of the first study selected one of four variations of turbidity, namely 100 NTU turbidity and 100 mg/l COD levels. the efficiency value of organic matter reduction with adsorption destabilization at the optimal dose of 13.51 mg/l was 28.39%. Meanwhile, for other parameters, such as the efficiency of decreasing TSS content is 89.65%, turbidity is 23.97% and DHL is 5.96%.The results of the efficiency of reducing organic content (COD) at 30 NTU turbidity in micro-biological processing is about 70% and chemical processing is about 40%. Meanwhile, for turbidity of 40 NTU, the efficient value of reducing organic content (COD) in micro-biological processing is about 53% and chemical processing is 45%.From the results of the two stages of the research above, it was concluded that the levels of organic substances (COD) in the first study after the chemical process were still above the quality standard for group B. In addition, the level of DHL was still above the quality standard for group B although it had not been processed.The results of the data in the second study concluded that the efficiency of organic matter (COD) levels after micro-biological or chemical treatment was still above the water quality standard, still above the quality standard for group B (above 20 mg/l).
