Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh dari digitaliassi terhadap SupplyChain resilience melalui supply chain integration. Peneltian ini dilakukan padakaryawan PT. XXX. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling danmetode analisis Structural Equation Modelling digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil pengujian hipoteiss pertama menunjukan terdapat pengaruh dari digitalisasiterhadap supply chain integration seementara untuk pengujian hipotesis keduamenunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dari supply chain integration terhadap supplychain resilience. Hasil penelitian dari hipotesis ketiga digitalisasi tidak memilikipengaruh terhadap supply chain resilience dan pada pengujian hipotesis terakhirditemukan digitalisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap supply chain resilience melaluisupply chain integration.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization on Supply Chain resiliencethrough supply chain integration. This research was conducted on employees of PT.XXX. The sampling technique used is random sampling and the Structural EquationModeling analysis method is used to test the hypothesis. The results of the firsthypothesis test show that there is an effect of digitalization on supply chainintegration while the second hypothesis test shows that there is a positive effect ofsupply chain integration on supply chain resilience. The results of the research on thethird hypothesis of digitization have no effect on supply chain resilience and intesting the last hypothesis it was found that digitalization has an influence on supplychain resilience through supply chain integration.
