P Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh mobile shopping behavior terhadap price, convenience, avoidence service failure, service encounter, attraction by competitor studi kasus pembelian smartphone online di indonesia. Sebuah model penelitian dikembangkan berdasarkan penelitian ini berbasis kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data dari 185 responden. Dilakukan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan structural equation model (sem) pada software spss versi 25 dan amos versi 22.Diperoleh hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif price terhadap mobile shopping behavior, pengaruh positif convenience terhadap mobile shopping behavior pengaruh positif avoidence service failure pada mobile shopping behavior, pengaruh positif service encounter terhadap mobile shopping behavior, pengaruh positif attraction by competitor terhadap mobile shopping behavior yang membeli smartphone minimal 1 kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir.
