Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Balanced Scorecardsebagai pengukuran kinerja PT Thara Semesta Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Thara Semesta Abadi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif-asosiatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja perusahaan PT Thara Semesta Abadi dengan pendekatan Balance Scorecard menghasilkan total pengukuran kinerja yang baik. Perspektif keuangan baik, margin laba kotor sebesar 76,1%, margin labaoperasi sebesar 34,03%, ROA sebesar 40,5%. Perspektif pelanggan baik, retensi pelanggan mengalami penurunan sebesar 9,13%. Perspektif bisnis internal baik.Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan baik, produktivitas karyawan mengalami kenaikan sebesar Rp 39.317.209,00,. Hasil pengolahan kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internaldan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan karyawan terimplementasi sangat baik terhadap kinerja PT Thara Semesta Abadi

T This study aims to analyze the application of the Balanced Scorecard as a performance measurement of PT Thara Semesta Abadi. The population in this study were employees of PT Thara Semesta Abadi. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis method used is descriptive-associative qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the performance of the company PT Thara Semesta Abadi with the Balanced Scorecard approach resulted in a good total performance measurement. Financial perspective is good, gross profit margin is 76.1%, operating profit margin is 34.03%, ROA is 40.5%. The customer perspective is good, customer retention has decreased by 9.13%. Good internal business perspective. The learning and growth perspective is good, employee productivity has increased by Rp 39,317,209.00,. The results of the questionnaire processing show that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and employee learning and growth perspective are very well implemented on the performance of PT Thara Semesta Abadi.
