Abstract

P Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja operasional pada PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan, hubungan jangka panjang terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan, kerjasama terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan, proses integrasi terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan pada PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 karyawan di PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian dalam menganalisis data menggunakan ""regresi linear proses SPSS"". Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan manajemen rantai pasok dan kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan. t test antara Manajemen Rantai pasok dengan Kinerja Operasional menunjukkan t hitung = 2,685. Pada hasil uji t variabel Kinerja Karyawan mempunyai nilai t hitung dan koefisien beta yang paling besar. t test antara kinerja karyawan dengan kinerja operasional menunjukkan t hitung = 4,102. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai signifikan terbesar.

T This research is related to how the influence of supply chain management and employee performance on operational performance at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supply chain management and employee performance on the company's operational performance, the long-term relationship to the company's operational performance, cooperation on the company's operational performance, the integration process on the company's operational performance at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. Respondents in this study were 86 employees at PT. Batu Gunung Mulia Putra Agro. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire. Then in analyzing the data using ""SPSS process linear regression"". The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of supply chain management and employee performance on the company's operational performance. The t test between Supply Chain Management and Operational Performance shows t count = 2,685. In the t-test results, the Employee Performance variable has the largest t-count and beta coefficient. The t test between employee performance and operational performance shows t count = 4.102. The results show that employee performance has the largest significant value.
