P Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia saat ini mendapatkan angin segar berkat terbentuknya Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) atau disebut Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). Dengan ini, akan menarik perhatian investor asing dan INA mengalokasikannya pada infrastruktur transportasi yang merupakan salah satu megaproyek konstruksi untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi yang jatuh akibat pandemic Covid-19. Terjalin kerjasama antara Indonesia dengan investor negara asing melalui perjanjian salah satunya yaitu tenaga kerja dari negara investor akan bekerja pada proyek tersebut. Tenaga kerja Indonesia dan asing akan bekerja dalam lingkup proyek yang sama. Perbedaan latar belakang antar pekerja dapat menimbulkan suatu permasalahan khususnya dalam berkomunikasi yang bisa mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor komunikasi yang paling mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek konstruksi pada hubungan kerja multiculture. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksploratori dan di olah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens). Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Variabel budaya menjadi faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi suatu komunikasi dengan persentase sumbangan efektif sebesar 21,74 % dan sumbangan relative sebesar 43,91% terhadap keberhasilan proyek.
I Infrastructure development in Indonesia is currently getting a fresh air thanks to Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) or is it called Indonesia Investment Authority (INA). It will gain interest to foreign investor and INA allocated it to transportation infrastructure which is one of the megaproject constructions because it will fast recover the economic which has been collapsed due to the pandemic COVID-19. The cooperation between Indonesia and foreign investors will involve in an agreement, that the workers from the investor countries will work on the same project. Background difference in each worker can be a problem, especially in communication that can affect the succession of construction projects. This study aims to determine the communication factors that could affect the succession of construction projects in multicultural working relationships. This research uses the exploratory method, a survey questionnaire and is process by using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) application. After that the researchers uses multiple linear regression for data analysis. Culture becomes the most affecting factor in the communication with an effective contribution percentage of 21.74% and a relative contribution of 43.91% in the project succession
