P Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Customer Value (Excellence, Efficiency, Entertainment, and Aesthetics) dengan Customer Satisfaction. Serta menguji pengaruh Customer Satisfaction dengan Word of Mouth (Referral and Activity). Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 180 responden yang suka atau sering mengunjungi Starbuck Coffe Shop. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Value (Excellence, Efficiency, Entertainment, and Aesthetics) memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Word of Mouth (Referral and Activity).

T This study examines the influence of Customer Value (Excellence, Efficiency, Entertainment, and Aesthetics) with Customer Satisfaction. And test the influence of Customer Satisfaction with Word of Mouth (Referral and Activity). The sample used is as many as 180 respondents who like or often visit Starbuck Coffe Shop. Data analysis was done by using SEM analysis. The results show that Customer Value (Excellence, Efficiency, Entertainment, and Aesthetics) has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction has a significant positive influence on Word of Mouth (Referral and Activity).
