P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh physical environment terhadap customer perceived value pada restoran. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan koefisien regresi dengan menggunakan software SPSS 15. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data berdasarkan sampel dari 140 konsumen restoran Sushi Tei. Penelitian ini melakukan pengujian hipotesis terhadap variabel physical environment terhadap customer perceived value pada restoran Sushi Tei. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara physical environment terhadap customer perceived value. Untuk dimensi dari physical environment hanya dimensi dacor and artifact dan spatial layout yang berpengaruh terhadap perceived value. Sedangkan ambient conditions tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer perceived value.

T This study was conduct to analyze the influence of physical environment on customer perceived value in the restaurant. This study used descriptive statistics and regression coefficients using the software SPSS 15. In this study using data collection based on a sample of 140 consumers Sushi Tei restaurant. This study tested the hypothesis on the variables of physical environment on customer perceived value at Sushi Tei restaurant. The results show that a significant influence between the physical environment on customer perceived value. For the dimensions of the physical environment only the spatial dimensions of decor and artifact and layout that affect the perceived value. Otherwise no effect on the perceived value.
