Perceived green organizational support memediasi pengaruh green human resource management terhadap organizational citizenship behavior for environment pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perceived green organizational support memediasi pengaruh green human resource management (GHRM) terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour for environment (OCB-E) pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi dengan populasi karyawan sebanyak 170 dan data untuk sampel yang di dapatkan sebanyak 120 responden sebagai objek penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Pengambilan data di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dan pengambilan sampel tersebut masuk ke dalam jenis metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS.Hasil pengujian hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif GHRM terhadap OCB-E, terdapat pengaruh positif GHRM terhadap perceived green organizational support, terdapat pengaruh positif perceived green organizational support terhadap OCB-E dan perceived green organizational support memediasi secara tidak langsung GHRM terhadap OCB-E.Berdasarkan hasil di dalam penelitian disarankan untuk PT Sinar Sosro Cabang Bekasi agar dapat meningkatkan GHRM di perusahaan dengan melakukan bentuk kegiatan pelatihan lingkungan kepada karyawan secara berkala agar karyawan dapat lebih mengetahui lebih luas kebijakan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan perceived green organizational support disarankan agar perusahaan dapat lebih menerima segala keluhan dan lebih peduli terkait masalah manajemen hijau yang dihadapi karyawan. Untuk mempertahankan OCB-E disarankan agar karyawan dapat saling membantu sesama rekan kerja untuk lebih memahami dan mempertimbangkan masalah beserta kegiatan lingkungan di perusahaan.
T This study aims to examine and analyze perceived green organizational support that mediates the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCB-E) in employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch with a population of 170 employees and data for the sample obtained as many as 120 respondents as research objects. Hypothesis testing in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positive effect of GHRM on OCB-E, there is a positive effect of GHRM on perceived green organizational support, there is a positive effect of perceived green organizational support on OCB-E and perceived green organizational support indirectly mediates GHRM on OCB-E.Based on the results, it is recommended to PT Sinar Sosro Bekasi Branch to be able to increase GHRM in the company by conducting environmental training activities for employees on a regular basis so that employees can be more aware of the environmental policies carried out by the company. In order to increase the perceived green organizational support, it is suggested that companies can be more receptive to all complaints and pay more attention to green management issues facing employees. In order to maintain OCB-E, it is recommended that employees can help each other with colleagues to better understand and consider environmental issues and activities in the company.
