A) - 100,80dB(A) mengakibatkan gangguan pendengaran 9 pekerja. Pada area produksi amoniak tingkat kebisingannya berkisar antara 96,28dB(A) - I 00,80dB(A), di area produksi urea 92,08dB(A) -95,75dB(A), di area produksi utilitas 85,06dB(A) - 91,37dB(A).
T Technological advances in the industry are currently using many sophisticated machines that can cause noise that affects the health of workers in the IB Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang Factory. The purpose of this study is to determine the noise level at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and compare with the Quality Standards determined by Minister of Manpower Decree Number: KEP-51 / MEN / 1999, regarding the Threshold Value (NAV) of noise at work, analysis noise level Ls (daytime), Lm (night), Lsm (day and night), knowing the relationship between noise and worker health, knowing the pattern of the distribution of noise levels at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang IB Factory. This research was conducted at the IB Factory PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, JI. Mayor Zen Palembang. Noise level measurements were carried out in December 2013-January 2014, using the Sound Level Meter: Ono Sokki LA-5111, stopwatch and Global Positioning System (GPS). Measurements made for 10 minutes are taken every 5 seconds at 16 sampling points. When the measurement is carried out during the activity is taking place during the day for 16 hours (Ls) at intervals of 6:00 to 22:00 WIB and at night for 8 hours (Lm) at an interval of 22:00 - 06:00 WIB. The respondents in this study were 116 workers. The results showed that the noise level in the IB Factory ranged 85,17dB (A) - 100,80dB (A) resulting in hearing loss of 9 workers. In the ammonia production area the noise level ranges from 96.28dB (A) - I 00.80dB (A), in the urea production area 92.08dB (A) -95.75dB (A), in the utility production area 85.066B (A) ) - 91,37dB (A). The results of the Odds Ratio (OR), in the ammonia production area 1.16 greater the risk of workers experiencing hearing loss than in the urea area, in the urea area 1.64 greater the risk of workers experiencing hearing loss than in the utility area and in the ammonia area 1.89 a greater risk of workers experiencing hearing loss than in the area of utilization.
