T Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan balanced scorecard di PT. X sebagai pengukur kinerja dan untuk menganalisa kinerja PT. X dengan menerapakan balanced scorecard. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analaisis, dimana secara aktual dan akurat menjelaskan pelaksanaan balanced scorecard dan mengevaluasinya dengan melihat empat prespektif di balanced scorecard yaitu: perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif internal bisnis dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Pada akhir penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan balanced scorecard sebagai pengukuran kinerja pada PT. X telah berjalan baik
T The purpose of this study is to determine the application of balanced scorecard in PT. X as a measure of performance and to analyze the performance of the PT. X by applying the balanced scorecard. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, which actually and accurately describes the implementation of a balanced scorecard and evaluate it by looking at the four perspectives in the balanced scorecard are: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. At the end of the study it can be concluded that the application of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement of the PT. X has been running well.
