P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsbility terhadap employee creativity yang dimediasi oleh inclusive leadership. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesionerkepada objek penelitian melalui google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hypothesis testing atau uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS 25 dan Amos 22. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 168 karyawan di PT. Cahaya Lemmon Abadi dari 2 divisi yang berada di area yang berbeda yaitu Jakarta Selatan dan Bali dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling(Hair et al., 2010) dengan jumlah sampel minimum yang digunakan adalah 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah dari item pertanyaan. Penelitian ini mempunyai 16 item pernyataan Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh corporate social responsbility terhadap employee creativity, terdapat pengaruh corporate social responsbility terhadap inclusive leadership, terdapat pengaruh inclusive leadership terhadap employee creativity, terdapat pengaruh corporate social responsbility terhadap employee creativity yang dimediasi oleh inclusive leadership. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah masukan bagi perusahaan agar memperhatikan dan memberikan kebutuhan dan keinginan karyawan yang lebih baik, untuk memberikan karyawan kenyamanan lebihperusahaan bisa terus memberikan pelatihan kepada para atasan agar lebih terbuka kepada karyawan untuk mendiskusikan cara baru untuk mencapai suatu tujuan, perusahaan bisa mengadakan kegiatan yang menunjang kebutuhan karyawan sehingga employee creativity bisa meningkat.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility on employee creativity mediated by inclusive leadership. This research itself was carried out quantitatively by distributing questionnaires through the Google form. This study uses the hypothesis testing method. Testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25 and Amos 22 software. The data in the study were collected from 168 employees at PT. Cahaya Lemmon Abadi from 2 divisions located in different areas, namely South Jakarta and Bali, using a purposive sampling method (Hair et al., 2010) with a minimum sample size of 5 to 10 times the number of question items. This study has 16 statement items.The results of the hypothesis test show that there is an effect of corporate social responsibility on employee creativity, there is an effect of corporate social responsibility on inclusive leadership, there is an effect of inclusive leadership on employee creativity, there is an effect of corporate social responsibility on employee creativity mediated by inclusive leadership. From the results of the research that has been done, it is hoped that it can add input for companies to pay attention to and provide better employee needs and wants, to provide employees with more comfort, companies can continue to provide training to superiors so that they are more open to employees to discuss new ways to achieve a goal, companies can organize activities that support employee needs so that employee creativity can increase
