Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah DER, Reputasi Underwriter, ReputasiAuditor, Inflasi dan Konsentrasi Kepemilikan berpengaruh terhadap Underpricingpada perusahaan yang melakukan IPO. Variabel independent yang penulis teliti adalahDebt Equity Ratio,Reputasi Underwriter,Reputasi Auditor,Tingkat Inflasi, danKonsentrasi Kepemilikan sedangkan Variabel Dependennya adalah Underpricng.Dalam penelitian ini, data sekunder yang menjadi landasan adalah prospektus padalaman idx dan financials.com. Purposive Sampling menjadi metode pada pelaksanaananalisis, disertai penggunaan metode regresi berganda pada pelaksanaan penelitian.Penggunaan metode tersebut selaras denga apa yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian inidalam rangka menganalisis apa yang menjadi pengaruh pada variable bebas danvariable terikat. Sebanyak 214 perusahaan yang melakukan IPO 2019-2022 danterdapat 152 yang digunakan sebagai sampel dan hasil yang didapatkan bahwa DERdan Konsentrasi Kepemilikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap underpricing.

T This study aims to test whether DER, Underwriter Reputation, Auditor Reputation,Inflation and Ownership Concentration affect Underpricing in companies that conductIPOs. The independent variables that the author examined were Debt Equity Ratio,Underwriter Reputation, Auditor Reputation, Inflation Rate, and OwnershipConcentration while the Dependent Variables were Underpricng. In this study, thesecondary data that became the basiswas prospektus on the idx and financials.compages. Purposive Sampling is a method in the implementation of analysis,accompanied by the use of multiple regression methods in the implementation ofresearch. The use of this method is in line with what is to be achieved in thisstudy inorder to analyze what influences free variables and bound variables. Thereare 214companies that conducted IPOs in 2019-2022 and there were 152 used as samples andthe results obtained that DER and Ownership Concentration had an influence onunderpricing.
