P Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari servant leadership terhadap innovative work behavior yang dimediasi oleh knowledge sharing. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian bersifat data primer dan dihimpun dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan perusahaan agensi di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 120 sampel. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pengujian instrumen seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta structural equation modeling (SEM) menggunakan SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap innovative work behavior dan tidak dapat menjadi mediator antara servant leadership terhadap innovative work behavior. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa karyawan perusahaan agensi di Jakarta merasakan adanya servant leadership yang diterapkan atasan dan ditunjukkan dengan sikap atasan yang memberikan kebebasan bagi karyawan dalam menangani situasi sulit. Sehingga dari hal tersebut, karyawan dapat menerapkan innovative work behavior dengan mengolah informasi atau ide baru yang diperoleh untuk mendukung keberhasilan perusahaan.

T This research was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the effect of servant leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by knowledge sharing. The data used in this study are primary data and were collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees of agency companies in Jakarta. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling method with a total of 120 samples. The data processing techniques used in this research were instrument testing such as validity and reliability tests and structural equation modeling (SEM) and processed through SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that servant leadership had an effect on innovative work behavior but had no effect on knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has no effect on innovative work behavior and has no effect as a mediator between servant leadership and innovative work behavior. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that employees of agency companies in Jakarta feel the presence of servant leadership applied by superiors and is shown by the attitude of superiors who give employees freedom in handling difficult situations. Thus, employees can apply innovative work behavior by processing information or new ideas obtained to support the company's success.
